A huge loss this week in the passing away of our very Great Friend Arthur. He will be sorely missed by all Taverners but his legacy will live on. Great sympathy to Phyl and Gavan and Lauren and what a celebration of Arthur's life in Mount Jerome. Magnificent. A wonderful lovely man surrounded by a great family. May his spirit long continue in all of us. R.I.P

A Grand day last friday for our Annual Presidents Golf Day. Weather superb and the 4 hours slog (for us non golfers) around beautiful Grange flew by. A huge thank you as always to the Ryans. Paul and Al. For the organising and first fundraiser of the 2012 season. Pres. G. looked very dapper as usual taking to the greens. A good fun day all round.
